Built in 1909, The Florentine is a historic building located across the street from the Seahawks Stadium.  Converted into condominiums in 1985, many homes feature 2-stories, valulted ceilings, and large private decks.

81 Vine is an Industrial styled loft that was renovated in 1999.  The 1914 factory conisits of three original floors with two more additional stories built on top.  Each home is unique, and those on the bottom three floors all feature exposed brick with lofted spaces.
